What are credits and how do they work?
Credits meter how much text we process—typically one credit per word. Requirements scale with manuscript length and the plan you subscribe to. Account pages show balances in near real-time.
Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?
We're confident in the rewrite quality. If results miss the brief, reach out within seven days of purchase and we'll troubleshoot with you.
